Emily’s Stomach Podcast

I noticed that there were no GP Podcasts in my search online, so I thought I would start the first one. My co-host is Dawnmarie Priemon Ciarrocchi. I will upload biographies as soon as possible. If you have any questions or topics you want to share, or if you want to tell your story on the Podcast, email Dawnmarie or myself below:

The is an episode about patient advocacy: how to obtain one, when to ask for one, and what they do. I apologize, since it’s our first time doing a podcast, there were some technical difficulties. Also, this has not been edited in any way. This is our Facebook Live video, recorded last Tuesday August 2019. We wanted to give people time to ask questions, though of course we are NOT doctors NOR do have a medical degree - you should always check with your doctor, and make sure the people who suggested subjects for the Podcast was important as well. You can more information above us if you want to suggest ideas/topics/etc. We welcome constructive criticism. Copyright Emily Randolph Scherer 2019.

The pictures above are myself and DawnMarie, as is, completely real, raw, and no editing. #ThisIsMeGP The pictures below are myself and DawnMarie with makeup on, hair done, wearing jewelry and cute clothes. We do this because society’s standard of beauty because we do not want to be judged or be singled out and humiliated somewhere. We should not be scared of being ourselves. GP is not a pretty illness.
